Ownership of the website and scope of the General Conditions

These general conditions regulate the access and use of the www.leti.com website (hereinafter, "Website").

The owner of the Website is LETI Pharma, S.L.U. with registered company address at C/ del Sol, 5, 28760 Tres Cantos (Madrid) and address for the purpose of notifications at Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, 184, 08038 Barcelona. It is registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid, under sheet M-73.690, folio 186, volume 4447 and is the holder of Corporate Tax ID No. B-78.152.725 (hereinafter, "LETI"). LETI is a member of the National Trade Association of the Spanish based pharmaceutical industry (FARMAINDUSTRIA) and of the Spanish Federation of Healthcare Technology Companies (FENIN). Both entities have approve a self-regulation code of good practices. LETI is adhered to them and they can be consulted on the following websites: www.farmaindustria.es and www.fenin.es.

Access to the Website by any internet user means they fully accept these conditions, which are permanently displayed on the Website in the version that is published and applicable at any given time.

The use of certain services offered on this Website or on other websites owned by LETI and accessed via the Website shall also be regulated by the particular conditions applicable in each specific case.

Responsibility for content

The content included on the Website which is available to the general public is solely intended to provide general information on LETI, its activities and products and is included solely for information purposes. Consequently, it is insufficient for decision-making or diagnostic purposes and under no circumstances should consultation of its product information act as a substitute for consulting a specialised health professional.

The content is provided in good faith by LETI with information which may on occasions be provided in part by sources external to the company. For this reason and due to the large quantity of information accessible, some of the data or texts available may not be entirely exact or up-to-date, in spite of LETI's best efforts to ensure that they are.

LETI does not offer any guarantee on the appropriateness of the information contained on the Website for the specific purposes of users who access such information. Consequently, both access to the Website and any use of the information and content included thereon shall be the sole responsibility of the user and LETI shall not be liable under any circumstances and to any degree for direct or indirect damages, consequential damages and loss of profit, or potential damages arising from the use of the Website or information or content accessible via the Website.

TLETI shall not, under any circumstances, owe any indirect or secondary liability for products or services provided or offered by other persons or organisations, or for content, information, notifications, opinions or statements of any kind originating from or expressed by third parties that may be accessed via the Website. LETI shall not be responsible for compliance on the part of said third parties with any type of legislation, in particular legislation relating to personal data protection and the information society, and shall not be responsible under any circumstances for the content or status of such websites.

LETI reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the Website without prior notice for the purpose of carrying out maintenance, repairs, updates or improvements to the same. Furthermore, LETI reserves the unilateral right in all cases to modify the conditions of access to the Website, and the content included thereon, which may be deleted, developed or updated without prior notice.

LETI shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from interference, stoppages, computer viruses, telephone malfunctions or disconnections in the functional operation of the system which supports the Website, or delays or blockages in the use of the system caused by deficiencies or saturation of telephone lines or saturation of the Internet system or other electronic systems, in addition to any damage that may be caused to third parties through unlawful interference.

The Website is managed by LETI in Spain and any matters relating to the Website are governed by Spanish legislation. LETI does not guarantee that the Website is compliant with the legislation applicable in other countries, or that the products and services it offers are available in other countries, or with the same presentation, sizes, packaging or conditions.

Users who access the Website or download its content from outside Spain must take responsibility for acting in accordance with any local legislation that may apply.

Intellectual and Industrial Property relating to the Website's content

All content which appears on this Website, in the form of texts, images, graphs, diagrams, drawings, graphic designs, trademarks, source indices and codes in any programming language used, etc., are works whose intellectual or industrial property belong to its owners and are protected by intellectual or industrial property rights, as applicable.

All intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the Website and its content are reserved. The reproduction, copying, imitation, modification, distribution or transformation of the content of the Website, or placement of the same in the public domain, or any other act which breaches intellectual and industrial property rights, is strictly prohibited. Access to the content of the Website by users shall not in any way be considered the granting of any user licence or right over the same. Any use of the content of the Website may only be made by persons expressly authorised to do so by the holder of the rights.

Any breach of the intellectual and industrial property rights contained on this Website, in addition to any breach of the legislation that protects them, shall give rise to the corresponding civil and/or criminal liability in each case.

LETI shall not, in any case or under any circumstances, be liable for breaches of such rights that may be committed by users of the Website. Users agree to respect such rights and in the event of breach, to fully compensate LETI for any damages that may be incurred as a result, and to refrain from deleting, altering or tampering with any protection devices or security systems that are installed on the Website.

LOPD

In order to guarantee the confidentiality and secrecy of the details provided by users and in strict compliance with legislation, all personal details provided by users, once received by LETI, will be processed in accordance with the provisions established in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Personal Data Protection and its implementing legislation, and wherever applicable in accordance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services.

The personal details provided by users voluntarily and at their own free will be included in a computer file owned by LETI, the purpose of which, except where expressly stated to the contrary on the website, is to resolve users' queries, fulfil their requests and provide the required information. In order to comply with said aims, LETI may need to assign users' personal details to its subsidiaries located abroad, resulting in the processing of their details in different countries, given that the Internet is a global environment. Consequently, in providing their details, by whatever means, users give their consent and authorisation for the same to be processed within said environment, wherever applicable.

Furthermore, in providing their details, users authorise LETI to send them any promotional notifications it considers appropriate, including via electronic means (SMS, e-mail, fax, etc.), in order to keep them informed of new developments that may be of interest to them in the field of healthcare and regarding LETI's activities and products.

The user guarantees that all details provided to LETI are correct and undertakes to notify LETI of any changes thereto.

Users may exercise their right to access their file, modify their details and cancel or oppose the processing of the same, as established in the legislation on personal data protection. The details provided will be cancelled once they are no longer necessary for the aforementioned aims or whenever requested by the user.
